WE ARE ACTIVELY HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING ROLES:

  • PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) | $80,800 - $93,800 (Full-Time)
    • Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
    • Current, unrestricted Texas Physical Therapist license
    • Current CPR/BLS certification
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Pediatric or home health experience preferred but not required
  • PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT (PTA) | $62,400 - $81,120 (Full-Time)
    • Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program
    • Current, unrestricted Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license
    • Current CPR/BLS certification
    • TB test within the last year or Chest X-Ray within the last 5 years
    • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (OT) | $79,300 - $92,300 (Full-Time)
    • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
    • Current, unrestricted Texas Occupational Therapist license
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • One year of OT experience preferred but not required
    • Pediatric or home health experience preferred but not required
  • OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT (OTA) | $62,400 - $81,120 (Full-Time)
    • Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
    • Current, unrestricted Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant license
    • Successful completion of the NBCOT OTA examination
    • Current NBCOT certification preferred but not required
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) | $73,000 - $86,000+ (Full-Time)
    • Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or related qualifying field
    • Current, unrestricted Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
    • Current CPR/BLS certification
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Pediatric or home health experience preferred but not required
  • SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST ASSISTANT (SLPA) | $52,000 - $67,600 (Full-Time)
    • Bachelor's degree in communication sciences, speech-language pathology, or related field meeting Texas licensing requirements
    • Current, unrestricted Texas Assistant in Speech-Language Pathology license
    • Current CPR/BLS certification

SCHEDULE OPTIONS

Physical Requirements
The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while conducting virtual interviews and completing documentation
  • Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, and mouse for prolonged periods
  • Ability to speak clearly and communicate effectively via telephone, video, or in-person
  • Ability to read, speak, and write in English clearly
  • Ability to travel to patient homes within an assigned service area of up to 20 miles
  • Ability to walk moderate distances, including to and from a vehicle and patient residences
  • Ability to lift and carry light therapy materials or equipment as needed (up to 15 lbs)
  • Sufficient vision to read documents, screens, and patient records
  • Sufficient hearing to communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
