POSITIONS AVAILABLE
REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - 1:1 Pediatric Private Duty Nursing
Pay: $34 - $36 per hour (Low Acuity) | $35 - $37 per hour (High Acuity) Up to $5/hr differentials available for high-acuity, night, and weekend shifts
Qualifications:
- Active Texas RN license
- Current BLS certification (in-person required)
- TB test within the last year or Chest X-Ray within the last 5 years
- Reliable transportation
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred but not required
- Recent graduates welcome - training provided, active license required
LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE (LVN) - 1:1 Pediatric & Adult Private Duty Nursing
Pay:
- $22 - $23 per hour, Adult Low Acuity
- $23 - $27 per hour, Adult High Acuity
- $23 - $26 per hour, Pediatric Low Acuity
- $23 - $29 per hour, Pediatric High Acuity
*Differentials available for high-acuity, night, and weekend shifts
Qualifications:
- Active Texas LVN license
- Current BLS certification (in-person required)
- TB test within the last year or Chest X-Ray within the last 5 years
- Reliable transportation
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred but not required
- Recent graduates welcome - training provided, active license required
RESPONSIBILITIES (ALL NURSING ROLES):
- Provide one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient condition and vital signs
- Manage care for G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators when required
- Educate families on patient care and safety
- Document care accurately using Kantime Electronic Medical Records
- Travel up to 20 miles from home to patient's residence

Physical Requirements
The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods during patient care
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds or more on an occasional basis
- Ability to speak clearly and communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
- Ability to read, speak, and write in English clearly
- Ability to travel up to 20 miles to patient residences
- Physical demands may vary depending on assignment and client-site requirements
