Location: Remote
Daily Schedule: 10 AM EST - 7 PM EST
About the Role
On behalf of our client, Enact Mortgage Insurance, Noor Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Business Support Representative to join our team. This is a contract opportunity to support Enact Central Imaging Operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage high-volume production work, and a commitment to maintaining file quality for underwriting teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and classify mortgage documents, then accurately enter required data into the appropriate system to support underwriting team needs within established timeframes.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as business needs require.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume production environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting established deadlines.
- Actively participate in ongoing efforts to improve end-user file quality by following procedures, identifying recurring issues, and communicating opportunities for improvement.
Knowledge and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems and enter data accurately.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing deadlines, and remain effective in a high-volume work environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in procedures, priorities, and business needs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experience recognizing and classifying mortgage documents.
$20 - $23 hourly
