Now Hiring Travel Phlebotomist in Madison, WI

On behalf of our client, Noor Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Travel Phlebotomist to join our clients' team in Madison, WI. This is a part-time opportunity to support the Wisconsin Longitudinal Study (WLS)-one of the longest-running studies on health, aging, and life experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our client's operations by performing duties such as safe and accurate blood collection, specimen handling, and patient interaction in compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, professional, and able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

Pay & Schedule
- The pay rate for this position is $36-$37/hour
- Average 25 hours/week (variable)
- Project runs Apr 2026-Dec 2026 with a possible extension to 2027

Key Responsibilities
- Travel throughout Wisconsin and some limited travel to surrounding states (IL, IA, MN, IN, MI), which may include some overnight stays. Travel expenses are reimbursed weekly. (Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Indiana, Michigan).
- Perform in-home blood draws using standard venipuncture
- Collect basic measurements (BP, pulse, waist/hip)
- Process and transport specimens per protocol
- Conduct doorstep outreach and some phone scheduling with respondents who previously participated in this study.
- Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience performing phlebotomy
- Comfortable working with older adults (80+)
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance
- Reside within 30 miles of Madison, WI
- Comfortable carrying supplies and distributing $75 cash incentives
- High-speed internet; basic computer skills
- Able to travel and attend in-person training in Madison during the week of April 13, 2026

- Ability to work independently
