Are you looking for a meaningful opportunity to make an impact? Noor Staffing Group is hiring Field Interviewers on behalf of our client to conduct face-to-face interviews with residents in assisted living facilities across Minnesota.
As a Field Interviewer, you will use a tablet device to conduct 15-20-minute structured interviews with residents who have varying health conditions, and physical and/or cognitive abilities. Your work will help evaluate quality of life for people with disabilities who receive state services. Key Details
  • Project Duration: April 2026 - Mid September 2026 (Some may finish earlier based on location and availability).
  • Paid Training (s):
    • Virtual Timesheet and Salesforce Training: April 13
    • Virtual & In-Person Classroom Training: Held April 15-17. Additional homework assignments will be assigned as part of paid classroom training this week.
    • In-Person Field Training: April 20 - 24 (One-day).
  • Post-Training Schedule: Starting April 27. Work at facilities Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (varies based on location and facility needs). Hours include time at facilities, paid breaks every 4 hours, and a 30-minute paid lunch for team check-ins and planning. You will also be reimbursed for mileage and drive time. On some days, the total hours worked may exceed 8 hours, when combining drive time and time worked at the facility. Number of days scheduled per week may vary.
  • Travel: Up to 75 miles one-way daily, with potential for longer distances if needed.
  • Availability: 3-day minimum availability per week.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct structured interviews with facility residents using a tablet.
  • Be punctual, travel to assigned facilities, and work independently while maintaining a professional, neutral approach
  • Accurate data entry and management for survey responses and resident outcomes (completed interviews, and reasons for non-participation).
  • Exhibit professional behavior with facility staff, residents, visitors and co-workers.
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate skillfully, frequently, and in a timely manner in-person, by phone and/or via email.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in regular quality assurance observations and pass observation interviews (as assigned), as evaluated by Quality Assurance Mentors.
Requirements
  • Strong comfortability and willingness to adapt to new technology: Learning & using new software, software and tablet navigation.
  • Comfortable interacting with older adults and individuals with disabilities.
  • Demonstrate concern and sensitivity to issues of disability, illness, and communication
  • challenges.
  • Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow structured interview protocols.
  • Strong data entry skills, with the ability to maintain attention to detail and minimize data errors.
  • Reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Adhere to a business casual dress code.
  • A private desktop or laptop computer, and printer to be able to print from home (as necessary).
Qualifications
  • Experience in research, interviewing, or fieldwork is a plus.
  • Familiarity with older adults, nursing homes, assisted living, or adult care settings is preferred.
  • Experience using tablet (e.g. iPad) professionally and personally.

Perks & Compensation
  • Hourly Rate: $23.50 per hour for work time (e.g., conducting interviews, etc.)
  • Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50 per mile
  • Drive Time Pay: $16.37 per hour
  • Other reimbursements may apply

Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • This role is primarily on-site at assisted living facilities.
  • May involve standing, sitting, walking, and carrying materials for extended periods.
  • Use repetitive hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms for up to eight hours each day.
  • This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 10 pounds. Interviewers must carry all materials on their person at all times.
  • Individuals are regularly required to talk and hear to conduct face-to-face interviews with residents.
  • Requires routine usage of standard office equipment such as a phone, tablet, computer, and home printer (as necessary).
