Now Hiring Baseball Mascot in Zebulon, NC
On behalf of our client, Noor Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Baseball Mascot to join our clients' team in Zebulon, NC. This is a part-time opportunity that will run from May-August 2026.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, professional, and able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

- Game-Day Performance:
- Perform as the mascot during all Zebulon Baseball home games, engaging fans with high-energy entertainment.
- Interact with fans of all ages, including photo opportunities, high-fives, and spontaneous dance routines.
- Participate in on-field promotions, skits, and other in-game activities to enhance the fan experience.
- Community Engagement:
- Represent the Zebulon Baseball Team at community events, parades, and appearances outside of game days.
- Create positive and memorable experiences while maintaining the mascot's persona.
- Character Maintenance:
- Ensure the mascot costume is kept in excellent condition, clean, and properly stored.
- Communicate with management regarding any repairs or replacements needed for the costume.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the promotions and entertainment team to coordinate appearances and activities.
- Take direction from staff to adapt performances for specific events or audiences.
- Other duties as assigned
- Performance Skills
- Prior experience in performing arts, theater, or mascot performance is preferred but not required.
- Ability to convey emotions and entertain without verbal communication. - Physical Requirements:
- Must be physically fit to perform in the mascot costume, which can be warm and heavy.
- Ability to endure extended periods of activity, including dancing, running, and interacting with fans.
- Personal Attributes:
- Outgoing, energetic, and creative personality with a passion for entertaining. Comfortable interacting with large crowds and individuals of all ages. Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain the mascot's positive reputation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous mascot experience or training is a plus.
- Experience working in a sports or entertainment setting is preferred.
Pay & Schedule
- Schedule [Zebulon Baseball home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Shift length: 4-5 hours
- Must be available for all Zebulon Baseball home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexible availability for community events and special
- Pay rate: $75/game
- Pay frequency: Weekly
- Overtime: May be available based on client needs
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Occasionally reach and lift lightweight objects and small electronics up to 5 - 10 lbs.
- Ability to be on your feet for the entirety of your shift, with frequent walking throughout the airport to various concession locations
- Must be able to tolerate prolonged standing and walking on hard surfaces, navigate long distances, and move between terminals or concourses as needed during their shift.
- Possess effective communication skills through speech and listening and fluency in English through reading, writing, and speaking
- Perform in outdoor stadium settings and various venues with exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Work in a high-energy, noisy environment while wearing a full-body mascot costume.
