Now Hiring - Baseball Mascot for Zebulon Devil Dogz (Zebulon, NC)
Pay: $75/game | Part-Time | Seasonal (May-August 2026)
Location: Zebulon, NC (Five County Stadium)
Be the Face (and Paws!) of the Zebulon Devil Dogz
Noor Workforce Solutions is seeking a high-energy, outgoing Baseball Mascot to entertain fans at all Zebulon Devil Dogz home games and select special events.
If you love performing, interacting with fans, and creating memorable experiences, this is your chance to join a fun, fast-paced sports environment!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Game-Day Performance
- Perform as the mascot during all home games
- Engage fans of all ages with photo opportunities, high-fives, and dance routines
- Participate in on-field promotions, skits, and fan activities
Community Engagement
- Represent the Zebulon Devil Dogz at community events, parades, and appearances
- Maintain mascot persona to create positive, memorable experiences
Character & Costume Care
- Keep costume in excellent condition, clean, and properly stored
- Report any repairs or replacements needed
Collaboration
- Work with the promotions and entertainment team to coordinate activities
- Take direction to adapt performances for specific events or audiences
Other Duties
- Assist with any additional game-day or promotional activities as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Outgoing, energetic, and creative personality
- Comfortable performing for large crowds of all ages
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain professional mascot demeanor
- Physically fit to perform in a mascot costume for extended periods
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous mascot, theater, or performance experience
- Experience in sports or entertainment settings
- Ability to entertain without verbal communication
PAY & SCHEDULE
- $75 per game (paid weekly)
- 4-5 hour shifts per home game
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays for all Zebulon Devil Dogz home games
- Flexible availability for community events and special appearances
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Standing, walking, dancing, and running for extended periods
- Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs (props, mascot equipment)
- Endure heat and weight of mascot costume
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable in high-energy, noisy environments
