Now Hiring - Field Interviewers for CAHPS Study in Washington DC
Noor Staffing Group, on behalf of our client, is searching for dedicated Field Interviewers to contribute to the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) project in Washington, D.C.
About the Project
CAHPS is a pivotal survey that gathers insights from consumers and patients regarding their experiences with healthcare services across diverse settings. As a Field Interviewer, you will engage with respondents in person to administer surveys in Washington, D.C.
Field Staff will:
? Visit designated nursing homes in the Washington, D.C. area to conduct a 50-question survey with respondents who have agreed to participate
? Start this short-term position on June 8th and continue over the course of 3 weeks working approximately 8 hours per day. Assignment will end on or before June 30th.
? Submit time, eligible mileage, and expense forms daily
Position Requirements:
? Field research experience strongly preferred
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? Valid U.S. driver's license and access to personal, reliable transportation
? Must give consent to a background check and motor vehicle record check (must have an acceptable driving record)
? Ability to work well independently and under the direction of project coordinators
Training and Schedule:
? Mandatory, paid, virtual training is scheduled for Monday, June 8, 2026 during business hours.
? Further employment is contingent upon successful completion of training
? Qualified candidates should be available to commit for the full length of the study data collection, starting June 8th and ending on or before June 30th
Pay Rate:
? Pay for this position is $21-22/hour plus a $300 stay bonus (must successfully complete all work on this study)
? Mileage reimbursement will be offered for any travel between locations once field staff gets to work in the morning and until field staff leaves in the evening. Travel reimbursement does not cover the commute from home to work site or from work site to home
? Parking and toll fees are reimbursed only during working hours
Physical Demands:
? Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position with or without accommodations
? Ability to lift and carry a computer notebook or tablet and project materials not weighing more than 15 pounds
? Regular and reliable access to an insured motor vehicle
? While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, sit for periods of time, use hands and fingers, grasping, reaching, lifting, talking, hearing and repetitive motions
? Experience and ability to operate a smart phone and or tablet/ with skills and visual acuity including connecting to Wi-Fi and using/sending email on a mobile device
