Now Hiring - Field Supervisors for CAHPS Study in Washington, DC
Noor Staffing Group, on behalf of our client, is seeking experienced Field Supervisors to support the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) project in Washington, D.C.
About the Project
CAHPS is a pivotal survey that gathers insights from consumers and patients regarding their experiences with healthcare services across diverse settings. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the successful execution of field operations and supporting Field Interviewers throughout the data collection process.
Field Supervisors will:
- Oversee and coordinate daily field operations in Washington, D.C. on behalf of our client
- Review and evaluate submitted Field Interviewer candidate interviews to support hiring decisions
- Distribute CAHPS survey tablets and project materials to Field Interviewers prior to training and fieldwork
- Provide guidance, direction, and ongoing support to Field Interviewers in the field
- Visit designated nursing homes to monitor data collection and ensure adherence to project protocols
- Assist with administering surveys when needed
- Troubleshoot field issues and escalate concerns to project management as necessary
Position Requirements
- Prior experience in survey research required
- Previous supervisory or field leadership experience strongly preferred
- Field research experience strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Valid U.S. driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Must consent to a background check and motor vehicle record check (acceptable driving record required)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
Training and Schedule
- Mandatory, paid virtual training is scheduled for Monday, June 8, 2026, during business hours
- Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of training
- Assignment begins June 8th and continues for approximately 3 weeks, ending on or before June 30th
- Expected schedule: approximately 8 hours per day
Pay Rate
Pay for this position is $24-25/hour (based on experience) plus a $300 stay bonus (must successfully complete all work on this study)
- Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between work locations during the workday
- Parking and toll fees reimbursed during working hours only
- Commuting costs (home to site and return) are not reimbursed
Physical Demands
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position with or without accommodations
- Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 15 pounds), including tablets and project supplies
- Regular standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands and fingers
- Ability to operate a smartphone or tablet, including connecting to Wi-Fi and managing email
