Now Hiring Bartender in Zebulon, NC
On behalf of our client the Zebulon Devil Dogz, Noor Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join our clients' team in Zebulon, NC. This is a part-time, seasonal, gameday opportunity that will run from May-August 2026.
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and friendly personality to provide excellent customer service to guests ordering from our full bar menu of beer, wine, and mixed drinks. You'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of your area and responsible service of alcohol.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Welcoming guest and providing great customer service
- Preparing and serving beverages accurately and efficiently
- Engaging with customers, offering recommendations, and addressing inquiries
- Maintaining cleanliness and restocking supplies
Required Qualifications
- Mix and serve drinks (cocktails, beer, wine, non-alcoholic) following recipes and portion control, offering recommendations and upselling.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, check IDs for legal drinking age, and handle intoxicated guests responsibly.
- Set up and break down the bar, stock supplies (liquor, ice, garnishes), manage inventory, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Accurately handle cash, credit card payments, and POS transactions, reconciling banks at shift end.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal liquor laws, health/safety standards, and company policies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays and adapt to changing demands.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sports/stadium experience
Pay & Schedule
- Schedule Zebulon Baseball home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Shift length: 4-5 hours
- ay rate: $7.25/hour + tips
- Pay frequency: Weekly
- Overtime: May be available based on client needs
Physical Requirements
- This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the role, which may include standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical demands may vary depending on assignment and client-site requirements.
