Open Position: Airport Survey Interviewer

Conduct 5-10 minute passenger surveys (tablet & paper)

Approach travelers professionally and ensure random selection

Provide instructions and collect completed surveys

Maintain strict data integrity (no influencing responses)

Use tablet/mobile apps for reporting and timekeeping

20+ years of overall work experience

Prior in-person market research or field interviewing experience preferred

Strong work ethic, organization, and professionalism

Comfortable with technology (tablet, apps, WiFi)

Able to stand/walk and carry light supplies (~15 lbs.)

Must pass federal background check

Must be local to assigned airport

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

2-4 shifts per week available

4:30 AM - 10:30 AM (Priority Shift)

Employees are responsible for their own transportation to/from the airport

Parking passes may be provided for the Airport Survey project only

Paid airport badging process (4-6 hours)

Badge approval may take 3-4 weeks

Multiple shifts available (early morning, afternoon, evening)

This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the role, which may include standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical demands may vary depending on assignment and client-site requirements.
