Open Position: CNX 2026 BRAND AMBASSADOR

Now Hiring experienced Event Brand Ambassadors in Chicago IL

Noor Workforce Solutions is currently seeking experienced Event Brand Ambassadors to represent brands in the Chicago, IL area. As an Event Brand Ambassador, you will engage with attendees at scheduled events and activations.

Compensation: $21.50 per hour

Responsibilities of Event Brand Ambassadors

Follow project specifications, event guidelines, and brand standards
Represent assigned programs or organizations in a professional, engaging, and approachable manner
Actively engage attendees through conversation, demonstrations, and information sharing
Clearly and accurately communicate key messages and program details
Distribute promotional materials and assist with on-site activities as assigned
Exercise courtesy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity with all attendees
Maintain confidentiality of any collected information
Assist attendees with electronic systems using provided devices
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or event lead

Qualifications & Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent AND at least 1 year of experience in event marketing, brand promotion, or customer service
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Ability to work in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Exceptional listening and presentation skills with the ability to multi-task
Working knowledge of smartphones, tablets, or other electronic devices
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated demeanor
Ability to quickly learn and accurately communicate information
Ability to work independently while collaborating with event staff and team members
Professional appearance and adherence to brand dress code standards

Physical Requirements
The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role:
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during events
Ability to lift and carry light materials (e.g., boxes of promotional items)
Ability to speak clearly and confidently with individuals or large groups
Ability to read, speak, and write in English clearly
