Noor Workforce Solutions - Seasonal Position (ASAP-September 2026)
Noor Workforce Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Lead (Lead Porter) to support food and beverage operations for our client the Durham Bulls. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, leading porters, and ensuring all inventory, equipment, and supplies are properly received, stored, and distributed.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable leading a small team in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. This is a hands-on leadership role that plays a critical part in keeping operations running efficiently behind the scenes.
This is a seasonal, part-time position with variable hours based on event schedules.
Compensation: $12.50/hour base (opportunity to earn up to $16.00/hour with tips)
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse porters during events and daily operations
- Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of all warehouse functions
- Provide training and guidance to team members on proper procedures and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with operations, concessions, and management teams
- Oversee receiving, stocking, tracking, and distribution of inventory
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts and reconciliation
- Ensure timely and accurate movement of product to concession stands and event locations
- Coordinate product staging and restocking during events
- Unload deliveries, verify quantities, and inspect for damage
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs
- Enforce all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
- Ensure compliance with facility standards and applicable regulations
- Maintain clear storage areas and proper product rotation
- Previous warehouse, porter, or food & beverage support experience required
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
