Description:
As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between Noor Workforce Solutions and our clients, managing day-to-day Employer of Record (EOR) accounts. You'll own the full client relationship - from onboarding new hires and running background checks to preparing payroll files and delivering reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Serve as the daily point of contact between Noor Workforce Solutions and client onsite/management teams
- Manage timekeeping records - ensure clock-in/out accuracy, maintain employee data, and prepare payroll reporting
- Onboard new hires, process terminations, and keep all employee records current in Noor systems
- Prepare client time files and review & audit invoices for accuracy
- Conduct weekly client-facing meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction
- Identify gaps in policies and procedures and recommend or implement process improvements
- Review and approve client-specific training on Noor tools, techniques, and processes
- Track metrics and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required
- Address client concerns promptly with appropriate follow-up to ensure resolution
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's + relevant experience considered
- Experience managing client relationships in the staffing industry
- Proven ability to manage people, think strategically, and mitigate risk
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Experience with change management and cross-functional communication
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude; comfortable with workforce management systems
