Now hiring a Data Specialist Onsite Sales Operations System Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC
The pay rate for this position is $21-$23/hr
About the Role
Our client, Enact Mortgage Insurance, is looking for an Associate Sales Ops. System Analyst to support day-to-day sales operations by ensuring sales data (accounts, contacts, territories) are accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities
- Data maintenance: Update sales account and territory assignments in the CRM.
- Credit Exceptions: Run the entire Sales Credit Exception process (intake, investigation, documentation, routing/approvals, resolution, and
- closeout).
- Troubleshooting: Research data issues (account, contact, territory) to find the root cause and recommend corrective actions.
- CRM Housekeeping: Close/update accounts and contacts in Salesforce
- Quality Checks: Validate data accuracy of reports.
- Teamwork: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Sales Ops and others to keep policies, specifically sales credit and account rules consistent.
- Documentation: Document all processes, decisions, and exception outcomes; maintain working trackers and reference materials in Microsoft 365.
- Improvement: Identify recurring issues and propose workflow enhancements fixes.
Essential Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM administration/support, or a related analytical support role.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot CRM and data issues
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate well with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, and IT.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and data quality mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Adept written and verbal communication skills; to explain policies, findings, and next steps to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce experience (user, analyst, or admin support), knowledge of Accounts, Contacts, Territory Management, and basic reporting.
- Experience supporting sales credit processes, account governance, or exception management workflows.
- Familiar with CRM data standards, validation, deduplication, and audit trails.
- Experience creating process documentation (SOPs) or training materials.
