Noor Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Data Collection Center (DCC) Supervisors. The DCC Supervisor is crucial in supporting the Task Manager by directly overseeing interviewer teams and ensuring the quality and efficiency of data collection operations for the CES program within the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) framework. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent team leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of data collection while supporting day-to-day operational needs.

Position Requirements
  • Supervises and monitors performance for teams of interviewers.
  • Ensures interviewers have completed the required training certifications prior to working independently.
  • Performs quality control activities to ensure compliance with BLS requirements.
  • Tests new software and procedures related to supervisory and managerial tasks and provides feedback to Task Manager.
  • Serves as the liaison between interviewers and contractor management.

What You'll Do
  • Provide daily guidance and support for assigned teams of interviewers,
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff on procedures and systems
  • Assist the Task Manager with interviewer scheduling and capacity planning to meet production goals
  • Create and analyze reports to monitor team performance and assign workloads
  • Address interviewer questions and concerns, escalating issues to the Task Manager as needed
  • Coordinate with quality control teams to identify and resolve data collection issues
  • Maintain accurate records of team performance, training completion, and certification status
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices across interviewer teams
  • Behave in a manner that displays professionalism and integrity at all times

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in Interviewer role on assignment with BLS
  • Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent software suite
  • Proficiency in creating and analyzing reports to monitor performance and assign workloads
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team supervision
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members
  • Experience with CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) systems preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a management team
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols
  • Experience in training and developing staff members
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • High values and integrity

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a call center or data collection environment
  • Experience with Crystal Reports or other data analysis platforms
  • Familiarity with survey software and data verification techniques
  • Previous experience working on US Federal contracts
  • Experience with workforce management and scheduling systems
  • Certification in supervision, leadership, or project management

Additional Requirements:
  • Completion of requisite BLS training and certifications
  • US citizenship
