Open Position: Bin Loader / Palletizer

Job Description

On behalf of our client, Noor Workforce Solutions is currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals for Bin Loader / Palletizer positions to join our clients' team in Joliet, IL. This is a seasonal warehouse opportunity beginning in July and running through late December 2026.

As a Bin Loader / Palletizer, you will be responsible for loading, organizing, and wrapping products into bins for assembly and onto pallets for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Unload products from pallets and open boxes using approved company box cutters
- Load, monitor, and replenish products in bins accurately and efficiently
- Organize gift boxes onto pallets and wrap completed pallets for shipping
- Assist team members and Line Leads with labeling boxes and pulling correct order components
- Follow all safety procedures, GMP guidelines, and quality assurance standards
- Maintain productivity while ensuring accuracy and quality in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must consent to a criminal background check and pre-employment screening

Physical Requirements:
Applicants must be able to perform the essential functions of the role successfully. Bin Loaders / Palletizers are required to stand for most of the shift and regularly lift, push, and move products.

Physical demands include:
- Ability to frequently lift up to 75 lbs.
- Frequent bending, twisting, standing, and walking throughout the shift
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day
- Ability to wear required protective eyewear and safety equipment

Schedule:
Monday - Friday
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Shift length: 8 hours

Pay Rate: $15.25 per hour

Pay frequency: Weekly

Overtime may be required based on client needs
