Now Hiring Warehouse Associate in Franklin, MA

On behalf of our client, Noor Workforce Solutions is currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our client's team in Franklin, MA. This is a full-time temporary opportunity to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our client's operations by loading and unloading trailers, picking, packing, labeling products, using RF scanners, and assisting with shipping and receiving activities. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, professional, and able to thrive in a physically demanding warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, and label products accurately for shipment

- Load and unload trailers manually

- Use RF scanners to track and process inventory transactions

- Move, organize, and stage products throughout the warehouse

- Maintain accuracy while handling shipments and inventory

- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

- Follow client and staffing firm policies, warehouse procedures, and safety protocols - Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed - Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations

- Complete required documentation and reporting as applicable

Required Qualifications

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

- Strong attention to detail and reliability

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the entire shift - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous warehouse experience preferred

- Experience using RF scanners is a plus

- Experience in shipping, receiving, picking, packing, or inventory control - Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and best practices

Pay & Schedule

- Schedule: Monday through Friday; additional hours may be available based on business needs - Shift length: 8-hour shifts

- Pay rate: Starting at $16.00 per hour

- Pay frequency: Weekly

- Overtime: May be available based on client needs

- Occasionally reach and lift inventory, materials, and products weighing up to 50 lbs - Ability to remain on your feet for the entirety of your shift, with frequent walking throughout the warehouse

- Ability to move throughout warehouse work areas safely and efficiently - Possess effective communication skills through speech and listening and fluency in English through reading, writing, and speaking
