Now Hiring Cycle Counter in Bridgewater, MA

On behalf of our client, Noor Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Cycle Counter to join our client's team in Bridgewater, MA. This is a full-time opportunity to support warehouse operations by maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring inventory records are up to date.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our client's operations by performing cycle counts, tracking inventory, investigating discrepancies, and assisting with general warehouse activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, professional, and able to adapt in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records

- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

- Count, verify, and track inventory throughout the warehouse

- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to record inventory activity

- Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure inventory accuracy

- Maintain clean and organized inventory locations

- Follow all client and staffing firm policies, safety procedures, and warehouse protocols - Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

- Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations

- Complete required documentation and inventory reporting as applicable Required Qualifications

- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Experience using RF scanners is a plus

- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

- Must be able to train at the Franklin, MA facility before transitioning to the Bridgewater, MA location

- Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs as needed

Preferred Qualifications

- Cycle counting experience strongly preferred

- Forklift experience preferred; willingness to complete forklift training required - Experience working in a warehouse inventory control environment

- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory procedures Pay & Schedule

- Schedule: Monday through Friday

- Shift options: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

- Shift length: 8-hour shifts

- Pay rate: $18.00 per hour

- Pay frequency: Weekly

- Overtime: May be available based on client needs

- Occasionally reach and lift inventory, materials, and warehouse products up to 50 lbs - Ability to remain on your feet for the entirety of your shift, with frequent walking throughout the warehouse

- Must be able to tolerate prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movement throughout the workday

- Ability to navigate warehouse aisles and storage locations safely and efficiently - Possess effective communication skills through speech and listening and fluency in English through reading, writing, and speaking
