Our staffing experience includes supporting research firms, research institutions and research departments that need qualified personnel for specialized data collection programs. Noor also has experience supporting complex workforce programs across multiple locations.
Can Noor support high-volume recruiting?
Yes. Noor can build recruiting workflows around programs that require significant hiring volume, defined timelines or workers across multiple locations.
Does Noor screen candidates before presenting them?
Yes. Our recruiters screen and qualify candidates based on the requirements established with your team. Candidates may also complete phone or video interviews, followed by an internal quality review before presentation.
Do you simply send resumes for us to review?
No. Our process is designed to give your team qualified candidates who have been reviewed against your requirements. Screening, interviewing and internal quality control are central to Noor’s recruiting approach.
Can the screening process be customized?
Yes. We establish the recruiting and screening workflow around your roles, program requirements, locations, timeline and selection process.
Who makes the final hiring decision?
Your organization selects the candidates you want to move forward with. Noor supports the process through sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation and the required next steps.
Does Noor help with verification and onboarding?
Yes. Once a candidate is selected, Noor can coordinate required verification and onboarding as part of the staffing process. Specific requirements are established based on the program.
Can Noor recruit for programs in multiple states?
Noor has employment capability across all 50 states and experience supporting distributed and nationwide workforce programs. Recruiting capabilities for a specific project will depend on its roles, locations and requirements.
What's the difference between Staffing and Employer of Record?
With staffing, you engage Noor to help find and recruit the people you need.
With Employer of Record, you typically identify the workers and Noor serves as their legal employer, handling responsibilities such as payroll, HR administration, eligible benefits, workers’ compensation, employment eligibility and compliance.
The two solutions can work together, but staffing is not automatically included with Employer of Record services.
